Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Thermapen in its original box, including all manuals and accessories, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
